New sellers are always welcome at Moseley Record Fair!

• Tables are provided, which you are encouraged to deck out with as much stock as can reasonably fit. You are also allowed to put boxes under your table.
• Dealers load in from 10.30am onwards for a 12pm start.
• Parking: There is a car park immediately outside Moseley All Services Club. This is free of charge to sellers and to visitors (while spaces last!).
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The car park is now operated by a 3rd party for ‘Pay & Park’. You can either follow the instructions to make a payment to park, or for a FREE PARKING PERMIT, you must register your vehicle registration # on a tablet inside the venue. There is one on the right wall immediately inside the front door and one on the bar. FAILURE TO PAY OR REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE WILL RESULT IN A FINE. If you’re not certain about what to do, ask either a member of staff behind the bar or one of the sellers in the Record Fair.
• Don’t forget to bring a float and bags!

Seller Terms and Conditions

• All tables require payment in advance of the event. Your stall can only be confirmed once payment is received.
• If you are unable to make the Fair, refunds will only be given if we can reallocate the table. The sooner you can let us know about a cancellation, the better.
• Sellers can sell one fair on, one fair off. This is to encourage new sellers into the event, and to keep it fresh for buyers.
• Please don’t sellotape or blu-tack any items to the venue walls.
• Sellers are expected to stay for the entire duration of the Fair, finishing at 4pm.
